Refunds

All sales are final. The free 14-day trial has the whole crew and needs no card, so try it on your PC before you buy.

We refund everything you paid, including any tax, when:

• you were charged twice for the same copy;
• Desktop Crew won't run on your PC as this site describes, and we can't fix it;
• the law where you live gives you a right to cancel. Consumers in the EU and the UK can cancel within 14 days of getting access, under Link's terms.

Write to support@desktopcrew.app with your order reference (it's in your key email).

Who processes the refund

Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company) runs the checkout, the tax and the receipt. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, and your statement shows the purchase as LINK.COM* DESKTOPCREW. Depending on your bank, a refund shows up in 5 to 10 business days.

Link's own purchase terms also apply, and give you rights of their own; where theirs are more generous, theirs apply.

After a refund

A refund ends the license for the full crew. The free lite crew (three crewmates and the AI agent bots) is still yours to keep.
